What Being Catholic Means To Me Launch Party
Latest News

Book CoverWhat Being Catholic Means To Me was formally launched by Most Rev. Dr Richard Clarke, Bishop of Meath and Kildare, at the Priory Institute, Tallaght on November 11th.

Bishop Clarke spoke of his impression form the book of the Catholic Church as a family, including all of the positive and negative aspects which we all experience in family life.

Even those who have decided to separate themselves from the family recall in the book many of their warm and formative memories of what the Church had given them, and reflect often on the fact that much of what they appreciate about their current lives has its origins in their church roots.

Bishop Clarke referred to himself as a close family friend, being a member of the Anglican communion, and looked forward to continuing growth and development in the ecumenical relationships between all the Christian churches.
